Title Bars, Menu Bars and Tool Bars

My operating system is WINDOWS HOME PREMIUM, I am using APACHE OPEN OFFICE 3.4. The probmlem that I have is that the SYMBOLS and TEXT on the TITLE BAR, the MENU BAR and the TOOL BAR are so small that I find it a bit difficult to read them easily. In Windows XP I know how to enlarge them but I find that that method does not work. Can any one help me Please???. Weejohn.
