Internet Explorer 9. Slow speeds after installation

Advise please as to how to overcome this problem. I have had to revert to Int Explorer 8 to use the Internet at reasonable speeds.] Any help appreciated Thanks. Magic man

Are you sure you are running correct version of IE9 for your architecture(ie x64 or x86).

A few blogs have suggested that it depends how you did your download. If you did a web install it quite often causes this problem so you should download the IE9 full installer, reload IE9 and then reinstall IE9 if you want it.

Also it depends upon the mode in which IE9 is operating - have a look at this articleenter link description here explaining about Software rendering mode.
