The question I have been trying to post is; Remote Assistance-International
*I tried to connect to a Family Members Windows 7 PC using Remote Assistance, they live in France, I could not connect. When they came over to the UK they brought their laptop and I can now use Remote Assistance. Question is, is it a Firewall issue when they are in France or some sort of 'International barring' that stops me connecting to their PC when they are in France? Their ISP in France is 'France Telecom' as far as I recall. Security/Firewall software on the Laptop is Microsoft Security Essentials.*
And I wonder if it was 'too long' and not posting for that reason.
