As we nothing about your machine or its OS other than you are using Windows 7 I can only suggest that you look through some of these suggestions from Google

Maybe install the updates manually and just load one update at a time.

You may come across one that will not load properly if you click on it a box will open underneath and just tick do not show this update again.
