Trojan Horse causing trouble. Duplicate W7 OS.

My security software kindly allowed a Trojan Horse in to my PC and it has caused all sorts of problems. I have managed to get over the problems by re-installing W7 on a second hard drive. I have also managed to access documnets, etc from the original hard drive. My problem is that I am now offered two OS when I boot up. One of which doesn't work. Can i safely delete the OS from the original hard drive and uif so how? Thanks Nick

Scan and Move the data you require from the bad drive to the new drive

If you format the old drive this will then cause an error bootmgr missing

the way to resolve that is to boot from the DVD and do a startup repair which will then put the boot files back on to your old drive.
