Any time I go into the movie library in windows media center it gets an error and has to close. I have tried everything in the forums I have found everything from uninstalling windows media center and windows media player to running scan in the command prompt. I ran the scan and it couldn't find any errors. I enjoy windows media center to watch movies but I cannot even load up my movie library because of the error. If anyone knows anything to do that can help I am willing to try whatever as long as I don't have to re install windows 7.

Have you seen this fix relating to the renaming the DVDInfoCache folder?

No I haven't I don't know how to do that if you could direct me to where there are directions for it. That would be greatly appreciated.

These step-by-step instructions should help you to reset your library.
