cannot open shortcuts in my folder

i have a separate folder for all my websites i visit reguarly. about 10 mins ago, when i double clicked on a shortcut, a error message appears which reads unable to open this internet shortcut,the protocol http does not have a registered program. like i said, this was working about 10 mins ago. can anyone help.

"protocol http does not have a registered program" means that Windows doesn't know which browser to open. So you will have to tell it. Check that you have a default browser chosen and in File Types that http are set to open in that browser.
