Win7 64bit Mio Sat Nav program starts and windows closes it

Hi Have had some problems with another program which now works after system restore, Mio More would not start so removed and went to site downloaded latest version . Opens but windows closes says stopped working, all other programs on computer appear to be working. I have System Mechanic on computer, not sure where to look for solution, would a PC cleaner help as I would like to update sat nav. Any suggestion please. Bill

Try disabling System Mechanic temporarily prior to updating your SATNAV - it could be conflicting.

Thanks for reply have now got it sorted computer had problem which is now fixed.
