Can't access favorites on Yahoo Toolbar

I use Windows 7, Firefox and BT Open world. My favorites have disappeared from Yahoo Toobar and I cannot acces mail from the toolbar. I have favorites on my BT home page, can I move them to the toolbar

Can you go to Firefox add-ons - Themes and Extensions and make sure everything us up to date - you need to make sure that you have the updated version of the Yahoo Toolbar compatible with your version of Firefox. Do you have the current version of Firefox?
