Hyperlinks in BTYahoo mail do not work

Hyperlinks on my BTYahoo Mail page do not work. A new tab is generated but is plain white. Using Windows 7 and freshly downloaded IE9. Have set IE as default browser but cannot find any other advice. I note that the problem was aired in Nov but no suggested solution. Hyperlinks outside of IE work fine. Would be grateful for any advice.

Problem solved by downloading Firefox and setting it as the default browser. The IE9/W7 combination on an ASUS desktop was definitely faulty and presumably Microsoft will sort out IE in due course.
