What the hell is this thing?

There's something on my screen that has been occurring recently that I have no idea what it is, where it comes from, or how to get rid of it. I can't click it of do anything but move it and cancel it. It occurs at random occasions but mostly when i'm playing games. It prevents me from typing in those games and on the computer. I don't know where else to go for this or how to get rid of it. I'm tired of it's presence. Please help. Here's a picture of it. http://imgur.com/htF5J

get ccleaner look for it in that and remove it

Looks like addthis. Scroll down a bit for add-on/plugin removal here. Also check programs and features if it's there to uninstall.
