Deleting Windows Live saved emails

I've some old sent emails saved to My Documents from Live Mail.I can't delete them.I tried moving them to the recycle Bin,but they wouldn't go.I open them, but no option to delete as with old received emails.I sent them to myself after deleting the original address, but on deleting them in Windows Live mail, they stayed in My Documents.Can anyone help, please ?

Try Unlocker, this version for 64-bit and compatible with win 8. You'll need to search for the 32-bit version if that is the version of your OS. You will get a right click context menu which includes Unlocker and what you can do with the file or folder using it.
