Help Please. Blank screen after an update. Cannot restore back or create restore point.

I recently installed some updates in my Proline notebook, but after installing the 30 percent, it failed to restart, with the screen showing nothing (as if it's off). I then tried to restore it to an earlier time via safe mode but the restore point available is only the one as at the time of the update. I tried to create a restore point, but when i tried, i cannot even find system protection when i looked for it and it directs me to system properties where my computer's description is blank and it cannot be edited.Even the updates cannot be uninstalled via safe mode.Is there no other options i can try in order to start my laptop normally again?

If it works in safe mode do a system restore.

oops you tried that.Sorry.
Last good configuration or sfc /scannow in command prompt might help.
Did you let the computer run for a while when doing the updates as there were a few Net framework updates that took a bit longer than normal.
If you go into add remove and click on view installed updates you can delete whichever ones that you want.
Thats how it works on W/8 so I assume it will be the same on W/7.That is of course if your computer works in safe mode.
When looking for a system restore did you go back a month just to see if there were any on that.

Looks like you tried most of those.
Have you tried the system repair in safe mode.
Maybe have a look in device manager to see if there are any problems.
No doubt someone will be along soon and give you the proper information that you require.

It does let you uninstall them in W/7 in safe mode with networking. It does on mine.
17 updates for Net Framework on mine so maybe I have a problem. Will check it out.

Will try the good configuration/scannow in command prompt. But i tried to remove the updates but the window installer service is not available. I did let the computer run for a while but it took too long. Sorry i dont know how to go about with the last suggestion, i am not really good at computers, if you can just explain a bit, will be very thankful.

If you can go into services and scroll down to Windows installer set it to automatic and also set it to run.See if that helps.
Just type services into the start box and the click on it when it appears.

Have you had a look in device manager you should find it in Control panel just to see if there are any yellow exclamation marks or have you run any of your security programs just to see if it could have been a virus.
