HP just sent me a new installation disk, and it installed ok, however i'm not able to connect to the internet, as it's asking for a certificate.anyone can clarify this??

Oops sorry no internet connection will not help

Maybe try Google till someone can give you the proper advice.

it ? what is asking for a certificate? Describe the screen please.
