Acer Aspire D250-0DQb....OS win7 Starter Can any one help; Granddaughter “12” has reset and forgotten her password on her laptop is there some way of recovering it or indeed doing a factory reset it was bought on eBay two years ago and was working just fine till a few weeks ago George
