I cannot now print and despite help from Epson and HP (who made the PC). I've tried the original CD and latest download for my Epson SX415 on my laptop, and also a friend's, but they have refused to load the printer driver.

Any ideas please.

Have you tryed installing as admin.or in compatibly, mode use vista settings as thee is no driver for Win 7 failing this do a manual install and select Vista as the driver
