Printing E-Ticket Problem

I have booked a flight through Ebookers and have received confirmation and an eticket. When I attempt to print the E-ticket only the boxes print. The information containing Traveller and Flight details do not print - the boxes are blank'

Try clicking on your confirmation link again, you might have got a dodgy first download.

You may need to right-click in the ticket image in the email and select 'download pictures'.
