Andrea rt filters service

yesterday I set up services on PC and sow on a service "ANDREA RT filters". It is not ANDREA ST filters like internet searches result. Question somebody saw at all that service in own PC? What it is?

net problem with service "Listening home group" It was here like section services error: It is not to begin start service “Listening home group on the local PC” details contain log-book system event. If that service developed not in Microsoft company address to developer service and report particular for service code error:- 2147023123. What it meaning at all? No griddle cake, I am wrote that service on “C”, because I am talent person like more Bill Gates. Now I can’t because of that service, I can’t configure “Home group”
