Can not find Snipping Tool in accessories

I can not find the snipping in accessories, it was there before but has disappeared. I use Windows 7

if Tablet PC Components is ticked try logging off and on again.

In the start, search bar type Windows Features and select Windows Features, turn on and off in the list. Once the window opens, scroll down to Tablet PC Components and tick the box. Close the window. You should now find it under Accessories.

I have done this but there is no sign of the snipping tool in accessories

I have tried logging off and rebooting but the snipping tool is still missing

What happens if you type snip in the search bar?

There's a short cut and the app zip file you could download to your desktop in this thread, click here if it doesn't show under searching.
