Change login screen picture

Can anyone please help me change the login screen picture , I have followed the instructions on google and when I click Find on the OMEBackground no files appear and then I'm stuck, there are no Instructions that I can find for that???

I hadn't changed anything, my ex put a really sick picture up and I need to get rid of it, I think he fucked around with it when he changed it originally??

I am only trying to get rid o the picture that someone else put on te login screen, I think thy have done something wrong because I can't make a new Dword??
