if i have to reinstall Windows7, which key should i use on the sticker at the bottom of the case the number is , q7p9p ..... ..... ..... yy4x6 Belarc's System Management, says the key is , 4fg99 ..... ..... ..... 3q9c6

When manufacturers such as HP make PCs, they "clone" an image on to all of the hard drives so all have the same Product Key. Your personal key is the one on the sticker. However, I would recommend that you print out the Belarc details as they contain keys for all of the installed software and you will have both keys for Windows in case one is not accepted.
