i cant under stand why this happen,i install window 7 in my hcl laptop,its proper downloads ,then sudenly this proplem occurs

Do you mean during the time you are installing the Operating System or during the time you are booting up an existing installation of the software. If the former, you may well have a corrupt driver - if the latter, I would suspect a hardware problem. How many times has this happened?
