Windows 7: Loading operating system...

Hi all, I have just bought a new zoostorm preloaded PC., and when it boots up 'Loading Operating System' pops up for say 10/20 seconds and then proceeds as normal to Windows. Now the only reason I'm asking is because my other Windows 7 PC doesn't do this? So what I'm asking is...should I be worried? Or is this normal, the PC is working fine.

Read this it may just be that it will explain what is going on at boot-up. You will have to enter the BIOS to make the necessary changes.
