HP Photosmart C4585 software download interrupted

Hi I have Windows 7 and a HP Photosmart C4585 printer. I had problems printing and the prints kept spooling, so I uninstalled the printer and tried to reinstall - thinking it may be the drivers. Now the download keeps interrupting around 40%. Anyone got any suggestions please?? Please keep it simple, I'm not that clever at IT! Thanks! J

Go to Device Manager, Delete the drivers for the printer you were trying to install which should be listed under USB Controllers. Restart computer and do clean install of the printer software.
