If you can't restore your later slimline desktop computer to factory image with the above error AND YOU SEND IT BACK FOR REPAIR IF IT IS A FAULTY MEMORY I WAS QUOTED IT WOULD COST OVER £190 TO PUT A REPLACEMENT MEMORY STICK IN. i HAVE JUST BOUGHT A 4GB stick for £15.00 for my model. Lost for words on this one by HP.
