organize files in Win7 like in Winxp

Is there any software for Win7 that will give the ability to organize files like XP did, eg drag & drop files in the order you want & then rename them in that order. I think this finished with Vista.

I think you are correct, it was removed after Vista. Try a FREE alternative enter link description here
