PC captured by Ukash Virus

Has anyone had a problem with a Ukash (German) virus? My friend has it and it prevents access to the internet and displays a message in German (we're in Germany) saying he has accessed pornography or illegally accessed music. It asks him to pay 100euros to prevent the police being informed.
