internet explorer 9 errors

my system is windows 7 and i use ie 9. every time i play a video or a trailer, it comes up with a message ie has stopped working. a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. windows is checking for a solution to the problem. this keeps on happening. any ideas.

This is sometimes caused by a conflict in any add-ons you may have. Try

Start. Click All Programs – Accessories – Systems Tools. Click Internet Explorer (No add-ons).

If this solves the problem you will need to find out which add-on may be causing the problem by a process of elimination.

Sometimes the problem can be solved by:-

Going to: Network And Sharing Center, Next Go To:Internet Options in the left then to Advanced and check Use Software Rendering Instead Of GPU Rendering

Have you tried another browser such as Firefox?
