Error 550

I am receiving emails but cannot send them. What do I do now?

One of the reasons this may be happening is because you haven't enabled SMTP Authentication. You do not say which e-mail service you are having the problem with.

To see if this is enabled you need to go into your e-mail settings and ensure that "My server requires authentication" box is ticked.
