Problem with Windows backup

I am having problems with the weekly Windows backup. Every time it gives me an error message to say that the backup did not complete successfully. Anyone else have the same problem?

Have a look at this article. indicating that it could be something to do with quarantined viruses, real-time scanning or a network folder in libraries. The tip about unchecking the Appdata folder from the back-up looks interesting too.
