Tomb Raider Anniversary won't install

I've got a Windows 7 PC (64bit) and the game won't install. I put the CD in, click 'Install' but then the box just closes and nothing else happens after that. Anyone care to help out a Lara Croft wannabe?

Try opening the files on the CD and, on the .exe file, right click and select "Install as administrator".

If that doesn't work then right click the .exe file again and select Compatibility mode and select XP mode.
