onboard graphics

Hello All, currently have a MB with onboard graphics. Win7 32 bit 4gb ram, core duo 7600 cpu. Mainly used for light to medium image proccesing and internet. Have had a few low memory warning recently in PS, would adding a video card with its own ram help ?

Check how much space is left on the hard drive and a few more tips here.
