PUP.Bitminer always show up when i open any website

Run a full scan with your Antivirus software - if that comes up clean run a full scan with Malewarebytes.
If you dont have Malwarebytes on your PC, download it on another PC, save to usb stick and install it from there.

Check carefully if you have those files, clean away like the reference:ping.exe, c:\documents and settings\Owner\local settings\application data[random].dll
