I have just had re-install WIndows 7 (32bit)on my PC something that I've done once before with no problems....
This time however there's a yellow triangle showing next to the PC icon in devices and printers.
Going into properties then hardware it says "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)" on Intel(R) 82801GB/GR (ICH7 Family) LPC Interface Controller - 27B8.
I've got a disk with drivers on it and updated the PC with those but I still have this problem.
Any ideas?
The motherboard is a Foxconn G31MX Series on an Intel E5300 with 4GB RAM

I've disabled it through device manager after i was unable to find any drivers. So far no problems. Could it be something that is connected by usb?

After a quick search I found a little information that may help. Both from the Microsoft answers web page

Must check my links as both are the same.
This is a link to updated drives Click here
If you type Intel(R) 82801GB/GR (ICH7 Family) LPC Interface Controller - 27B8 into google you may come up with other solutions.

Hi Thanks for the reply.
I've done as above but the problem is still there!
Not sure what else I can do. On a postive note the PC seems to be working ok......
