When to you SYSTEMS REPAIR DISK?

Cannot use utube viewing because of adobe flash and/or Java version 6 and spent 4 days and mounting!!! To use my Windows 7 Systems Repair Disk, would this solve the problem or the mounting problems of downloading/installing adobe & Java versions? Help please! There appears to be literally dozens of people with such problems and not heard of any with this problem actually resolved! Thanks

No the system repair disk would not fix this tho System Restore might. My advice would be to uninstall all versions of Adobe Flash and Java and then reinstall latest. Adobe have a Flash Uninstaller for download.
