Windows 7 - CD Rom do not eject

The time comes i try to install a game NBA 2k11 using my cd-rom,after installing it and i try to eject the cd but nothings happens, i've been waiting for how many minutes/hours still nothing's happen. Please help.

Hi,

Try running the hardware trouble-shooter for the CD\DVD drive and check if that helps. This might be a hardware issue, so you might as well contact the manufacturer for further assistance.

Open up My computer, right click on the drive, click on Eject or with the pc off open up a paper clip and push through the little hole on the front of the drive.

You could also try rebooting your computer and keep pressing the eject button while it boots and it should eject your CD.
