KEEPING SCREEN SIZEING

Hello when opening web pages they open small how do i keep them full size with xp i used to drag them out and they would be the same when i openend them again on windows 7 they revwert back to the smaller size .i know i can select full screen from the tools top right which keeps them full size but i loose me google seaerch bars etc when i do this can anyone help with this please
