can't figure out Trojan.Paccyn!inf

symantec keeps getting Trojan.Paccyn!inf, how to remove Trojan.Paccyn!inf fully from a computer?thx

have quarantined the Trojan.Paccyn!inf with symantec? if cannot eliminate it easily, go and try manual removal, figure out its files and delete them all

Have you tried running (free) Superantispyware and Malawarebytes?
