windows 7 password problem

My friend has suddenly had a problem logging in to windows 7, her password isnt accepted in normal mode but when i tried safe mode the password worked. Any help id be grateful for please.

Remove the password whilst in safe mode which will allow you to boot without the need for a password. Once booted in normal mode set up the password facility again.

I have forgotten my Dell Windows 7 laptop password weeks ago. Finally, a tutorial titled:

Tips on Dell Windows 7 Password Recovery

helped me and I opted for its suggestions:

Option 1: Dell Windows 7 password reset by other accounts with admin rights

Option 2: Recover Dell Windows 7 password with command

Option 3: Create a bootable Dell Windows 7 password recovery disk

The third one helped me DIY a password reset disk easily and got out of problem quickly!
