windows live mail too large an attachment

using win 7 64 bit. I accidentlly tried to send a large photo as as an attachment to an e-mail. . How can I cancel it as each time I try to send an another email it keeps trying to send the large one with the resulting error.

Will system restore remove it?

Any advice welcome

I must have been having a senior moment or two,I did a search for outbox, found and deleted the offending file, did a reboot and it seems to have cured the problem
