Outlook 2010 > converting to new style data file

Hi
My Outlook 2010 installation has started displaying a dialogue box that my mailbox is over its limit and that I should consider coverting my data file to the new style MS Outlook 2010 data file which can handle larger file sizes.
Can anyone advise me how to do this, please?
I was successfully using MS Outlook 2003, and 2010 for a while, now this error message pops up!
Thank you Philip

You may want to consider changing to Live Mail, (you can import all your settings from Outlook), as this has a larger storage area. Terry
