Windows 7 ATK0110 ACPI Utility

Automatic updates has downloaded ATK0110 ACPI utility and keeps trying to install it. I have been told i do not require it, I have disabled it in device manager, But cannot find file to delete to stop it trying to install every time i shut down

Its a small utility for Asus motherboards, enable it in Device Manager and let it install, then forget about it.
