This is some awful stuff...I can't use malwarebytes or even perform a system restore...

Using a working machine download Microsoft’s Standalone System Sweeper. Although it’s still at the beta testing stage, I have been testing/using it and it works very well indeed. Download the appropriate 32-bit or 64-bit version https://connect.microsoft.com/systemsweeper and burn a CD. Boot from the CD and run a full scan.
Once you have removed the virus, run a system restore to a date before you became infected.

avira do a virus checker iso file [free] that you download on a different pc then write it to cd. You boot from the cd and let it update itself and this seems to find and deal with most of the nasties that do not let the other stuff run. I have used it on one such pc and it did very well. You do not have to have avira antivirus on your pc. On a 520GB hard drive it took over 3 hours to clean it.

If you can, boot up into safe mode, try a system restore and or malwarebytes from there
Cheers HC
