I have Windows 7, bitdefender anti-virus, and have installed the latest version of Java required by a program called Callpod Keeper. When I try to use Keeper, I get an error message "Could not create a Java virtual Machine" Would appreciate any help

By browsing through lots and lots of forums such as this one, I found the culprit to be Bitdefender anti-virus who was a little bit too much of interfering! Bitdefender developers are working on a fix. Rob
