Hi,
I just installed Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit on my laptop which has 4GB of Ram installed. Before, my laptop had Vista on it. I could use all four Gigs then why not now, or will it change in the next Service Pack or is there a way of doing it now?
Thanks,
Joe

32bit windows will only adress aroung 3 to 3.5 gig of memory
i suspect your vista may have been 64 bit therefor able to adress the full 4 gig and more if it is available
