I dual boot my computer with Win 7 and Vista. I am using windows live mail for Win 7 and windows mail for Vista. When I occassionly go into Vista and open my windows mail inbox there all the emails I have previously opened in Win 7 (Live Mail). Is there a way to stop these emails from being duplicated in both inboxes?

Windows Live Mail is set by default to leave messages on server until they are deleted from Live Mail. To change setting you need to go to properties of the e-mail account and then under 'advanced' you can untick this setting.

betaman, Thanks for your response, I followed your advice and have unticked to "leave messages on server until they are deleted from Live Mail".
I'll give it a couple of days then go into Vista Windows Mail to check.
Thanks again for your help.
