Didn't want to add to the original thread in case people thought it was a Lazarus post, but I still have my problem.

Further update following release of retail version as promised.

In brief I have a problem with intermittent hanging using Win 7.

Definitely Win 7 related - about two weeks before the retail version was released I re-installed XP and the system remained perfectly stable.

It also appeared on a totally "naked" installation i.e. Windows 7 and nothing else.

Any further ideas?

It's now becoming quite annoying!
