Windows mail outbox folder

I can not see the outbox folder - I am sure it is somewhere, but where ? Does some kind soul know how to make it appear ? I would be very appreciative !

Do you mean Windows Live Mail?

If so, press Alt to display the menu bar, then View > Layout > Folder pane and make the changes the want.
