Win 7 Home Premium

I have just received Win7 Home Premium.
I ordered and I think I have received the full version (2 x DVD's 32 and 64bit).
It says on the box "For use on one computer or device".
The same thing has hit the streets over here (France) as Win7 Familiale (in English Family) Premium, advertised as for three (3) PC's or devices!
What's all this about then?

You can buy a Home Premium Family Pack, which contains a licence for 3 computers, though obviously this will cost more than the typical version. Again this includes 2xDVD's and only one licence key, but the key can be used three times instead of only one.
There will be a single user version in France aswell, it's just that retail stores are pushing the family pack.
