If possible I would pay the £30 extra for Windows 7 Professional which gives ability to run in XP mode and some other add ons
Also, I would buy the system without the monitor and get BenQ 22 or 24" for around £140, much better quality, see PCPro review

Thank you.
And is the Processor, Graphics Card and other vital parts decent? I was told the Graphics card they offer is very good.
Also is it easy to go onto XP mode?

This should be a good reliable workhorse for day to day use
The graphics card is a well known reliable job which, although now outmoded by newer models, is entirely adequate and much better than integrated graphics. It will cope with high def tv and blu ray disks but if you are after playing modern games you need to look elsewhere
Dell produce business computers which need to be reliable. They can't afford to have too many faults and failures so they tend to produce reliable jobs using components which will not fail. They buy reliable processors and motherboards
You don't say what your computer will be used for. If you are planning to play modern games on the internet or do lots of high def video editing the Dell may not be for you. Or not at this sort of price anyway. There are other manufacturers that will overclock the processor, install a video card costing five to ten times the price of this one, and charge a correspondingly higher price. Equally, the Dell may work until you are so fed up with it you have to dig it out of the dust under the desk to get rid of it

I will be using it for games like Sims and Football Manager.
Also for sroring and playing music. Transfering my Camcorder Movies to it, and burning them to DVD after editing. And for storing all my Digital Photo's.
Ok for my needs?

Games like sims should not be a problem but latest generation action games no
Storing and playing music, yes, as with digital photos
For high def camcorder movies using the latest codecs for editing I would go for a faster machine with more processing power and memory
